Why We Built This
Cryptocurrency trading has a steep learning curve, and the cost of learning with real money can be brutal. Most beginners lose money not because the concepts are hard, but because they haven't had enough practice reading markets, managing risk, or controlling emotions under pressure.
CustomCrypto exists to close that gap. Prices move exactly as they do in the real market, your portfolio reacts exactly as it would, and the only thing that is fake is the money - so a badly timed entry teaches you the same lesson it would have taught you at full price, and costs you nothing.

Our Approach to Education
Reading about a trade and placing one are different skills, and only the second one transfers. So the Learn section is built to be used with the app open beside it: each guide explains a mechanic, then points at the place in CustomCrypto where you can go and do it while the explanation is still fresh.
The guides are deliberately narrow about what they promise. They will not tell you which coin to buy, where a price is heading, or how to earn a return - we do not publish that kind of content at all, and our editorial standards explain both what we exclude and the conflicts of interest we do have.
We cover the fundamentals - chart reading, trading strategies, order types, dollar cost averaging - and the habits that matter most, like risk management and keeping a trading journal.
What CustomCrypto Is Not
Being clear about this matters more in crypto than it would almost anywhere else, because the space is full of products that blur the line. CustomCrypto is not an exchange, not a wallet, not a broker and not a custodian. It never buys, sells, holds or transfers real cryptocurrency, it has no deposit or withdrawal function, and it cannot connect to one that does. There is no way to put real money into it and therefore no way to lose any.
It is also not a signals service, a copy-trading platform or a prediction tool, and nothing in the app or on this site is financial advice. If a feature sounds like it might be one of those things, it is not - we would rather be boring about this than be misread.
Who Builds It
CustomCrypto is made by CustomApps LLC, a small independent studio that builds privacy-first mobile apps. It is not backed by an exchange, a broker or a token project, and no third party pays for placement inside the app or anywhere on this site. The app is free to download and carries no advertising in any tier; an optional Premium upgrade at $1.99 per month funds development, and none of the Learn content sits behind it.
